Mystery Critter Wednesday Round 10

Silver Springs

Well I really gave it away this week so I want you to be specific with what you think this guy is. The one with the closet correct identification will win. Of course Congrats to Scooter in advanced for his tenth straight MCW win.

Good luck everyone and have fun!

Yikes.....that's a scary dude with very wily eyes! Makes me think of an albino crocodile.

This has got to be the UGLIEST critter I have ever seen in my life!! At least put some color in your clay next time!! YUCK!! If I was still young and impressionable, I would have nightmares about it. LOL!!

It looks like an albino crocodile / aligator.

If Scooter wins again this week, I am not going to play anymore. LOL!! Okay, I know, mama said he must win. Alright, just ONE more week then and we will ban him. :)

LOL!!

Kelly: Very interesting guess K. Noticed how Joan (the bug lady) picked right up on it and stole it for her guess too! You have to be careful with her!

Joan: ah Joan, always a pleasure to see you. I was just telling a blogger friend about you... all good I promise! Albino Aligator! LOL that's the best one yet J! LOL

Darla: Hi D! Glad to have you back. I often wonder, If the first person to guess would say Pink Rabbit... never mind... LOL Hummm, that's a good guess too D!

Try not to be lead astray guessers... of course you never know who is doing the leading now do ya?

~sigh, I'm not even sure why I am playing. I already know I am going to win. Plus I have a hugh advantage. I have actaully been to Silver Springs, and eventhough they do have alligators, they do not have any albino ones, as of last week anyway.

But they do have a very rare albino hippo. I am surprised Joan did not see this, being the hippo native to her continent.

They have to keep this hippo seperate from the other regular hippos because they attack him and will not let him eat. It did not help that they named him Snowflake. Poor guy.

hmmmm. interesting choice.

Craig: I'm going with an Albino Florida Alligator. They are very rare and occur in 1 in 100,000 animals, according to the Discovery Channel. Wonderful capture of your native species. I don't know how Scot can win this week with that crazy guess.

Scot: AMAZING!!! How do you do it week after week?!? You even know his pet name! Now bug lady you and Tom have to take your hats off to this guy. Come on, TEN weeks in a row? Awesome guess scooter.

Tina: All my choices are interesting T, haven't you been watching??? LOL Thanks for stopping by.

Tom: Like domino's they follow and fall... LOL You could learn a lot from scooter Tom if you just use your imagination... LOL

Crap... now I have to find a photo of a white hippo for tomorrows post....

Craig: I hope it takes you hours to find that white hippo, good luck. According to the Discovery Channel they only appear 1 in 400,000 animals. Boy are you in trouble.

Scot - a white hippo?? My, my!! Is that the martini's speaking?? You will be telling me you believe in pink elephants next!! No, I did NOT say Pink Gin!!

LOL!! You are going to have to bring your family over to SA so I can teach you a thing or two as it looks like your Discovery Channel and mine are not the same. Poor Justin needs to be better educated than what he is. I mean, look how he takes pictures. (Sorry Justin - only teasing)!!

Craig - you are not going to put me off the track with that remark. Besides, Kelly's comment was not visible when I put in mine. Nope I know a crocodile when I see one!!

Tom - dont say too much because Scot has a tendancy to cry if you pick on him.

LOL!! LOL!! A good one Craig.

what!! I do not cry!! I stand by my claim this is a hippo. It was not a "guess". Snowflake is real.

as far as the pink elephant... well I haven't seen her in weeks. I think she painted her toenails multicolored and hiding in the jelly bean jar. And apparently you have seen her too, cause her name is Ginny!

Cool photo~! I think this is a Nile alligator.

Craig Glenn said...

Shreddy: Thanks for you visit and guess but the only thing in da Nile around here is Scooter!

Say, somone spilled bleach on that gator. LOL, I've seen uglier critters that this!

Craig Glenn said...

Steve: If someone bleached any alleged alligator, it was not ME! Scot did it! LOL

Scot: Oh yes you cry. I have heard you running around, tearing your hair out and crying when you don't get your way, but don't worry, I know all of this was the bad influence of your older brother. LOL!!

Yeah, snowflakes are real but I did not think you got them in Florida. There they only have the flakes without the snow. :)

Well I do not know who Ginny is, but I hope you are not going to get her into trouble for calling her and elephant.

LOL!! LOL!!

Craig: now who is in da Nile?? LOL!!

It looks like pickled alligator...I have eaten this several times...quite tasty! Eyes are good but the teeth much too crunchy.

Craig Glenn said...

Dawn: LOL, now thats funny right there, I don't care who you are!

Wow, does Joan ever sleep? I keep posting later and later thinking she will be asleep and I will get the last word..

Hippo!!

And I dont have any hair to pull out. Actually my brother was a good influence. I learned from his mistakes and got away with so many things.

SAPhotographs (Joan) said...

The Bug Lady that never sleeps is back.

Scot: If I don't check up on you, Craig and Tom, who else is there to keep you in line and watch that you behave? LOL!!

It seems like he never learnt from them though and is still making them. :)

Okay, now it is about 2 hours passed my bedtime and I am going to sleep but remember, I'll be back!! :)
